On November 7, 2013, the 31st Bienal’s Open Meeting circuit arrived in Fortaleza. The event was held at the University of Fortaleza (Unifor), founded in 1973. The University occupies a 720-thousand square-meter campus, with some 230 laboratories, and offers roughly 40 courses to 25 thousand students.
